Hitch for the Sport Turismo

I plan to install a trailer mounted hitch on my GTS ST in the spring-

Is this the only choice?

I believe in Europe Porsche has a trailer package for the ST, but it is not available in the US. I have seen some pictures of cars with a hitch and it appears that the rear diffuser is modified

It is available in the US- Tequipment: 2k
But that is hitch and rack...
