Default Help me choose

Hi All,

I'm trying to decide between a non CPO 2012 Panny 4S with 30k miles and a 15' Cayenne eHybrid with 85K miles dealer CPO'd. Both are from Porsche dealers in Canada and are listed at the same price $44K CDN or $34K US.
Both look good and I'm struggling with the CPO vs non CPO issue. From what I've read the CPO on the eHybrid is a must and it concerns me that at the end of 2 years I won't want to risk technology and battery issues with the Cayenne.

The market and pricing in Canada is obviously a little different than our neighbours to the south.

Thanks
John

What if you get the Panamera and buy extended warranty? I think it may be worth it given it has less than half the miles of the Cayenne. But if you’re only planning to keep for under 2 years, then maybe Cayenne isn’t a bad option.

Definitely go CPO… Porsche has one of if not the best CPO programs of any brand. That said, I would wait to find a CPO’d Panamera. Having owned both a Cayenne Turbo S and Panamera Turbo, the Panny is hands down superior IMO.

I'd say if you're not into working on your own cars, get one with a warranty, wether its included with the CPO program or added on, especially if the cost of repairs is a concern. Panamera is a great street cruiser for 4, and the Cayenne is more versatile and seats 5 (3 smalls in the back). It can go off road, or even tow up to something like 7000lbs. I struggled to choose between the two (have kids), but ultimately decided that this car would be my "sports car with room for others" and I didn't need the extra abilities of the Cayenne, so I got a Panamera. It is a tough choice!

@FastLaneTurbo Sorry if this is a dumb question that I should know... but is that hood in your profile pic a wrap, or is that a special hood option for that car?
