I just bought a 2018 4S with less than 20K miles. It will be my daily driver. I live in northern Ohio where we see snow and cold temps. The dealer told me I have to remove the ZR rated street tires and they shouldn't be driven in temps below 30 degrees F. I have checked tirerack.com for wheel and tire options, but they only have Summer tire options. No A/S or winter tires for this car. Having different wheel and tire sizes for front and rear makes it even more difficult, I think. Any suggestions for a solution? Thank you in advance!

Get a quote from the dealer for a set of mounted A/W tires. Keep the all weathers on year round. Problem solved.

That is what I ended up doing. Surprisingly, our local (usually very reasonable) tire shop was more expensive than the Porsche dealer. The only all season tires available are Perelli right now. I will just keep them on year round.

congrats on your beautiful car ! I have the same year and model and love it . Going through minor issues currently but I’m under warranty and dealer has been great so far . Out of curiosity do you mind sharing the deal you got ? I’m wondering what the market looks like for cars like ours

If you got the 21" wheel package your looking at the Pirelli P7's as the only high performance all season tire to choose from as of now. I got them on my Turbo and they are great tires and handle solid in the snow.

Only other option is to get a dedicated winter wheel and tire set.

Yeah, I have the 21" 911 wheel package, so Pirelli is the only option. The dealer can't get me in until mid December, so I am going to hold on to my Range Rover until I get the tires.

I had a similar problem, since my car is coming with 19" wheels and there are no A/S tires for those. So I bought a set of 20" Turbo II wheels, with TPMS, caps, and 60% Pirelli P7 A/S tires, for under $2K on eBay. They were nearly perfect. Now I have two sets of wheels and tires.

I have Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires on my Turbo w/ 19" rims. Pretty easy to find in my area, reasonably priced, and I like the way they handle and grip.

In order to get all season for my wife's2018 Panamera 4, I had to go one size down, 265/45 to 255/45 and 295/40 to 285/40. That enabled me to get Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4.

A handy website to help with conversion sizes is -

What size rims are on her car? Did you have to also change rim size?

Oh sorry, I should have stated that, they're 19".

No didn't change the rim size. That site I posted above also gives you the rim size conversion.

I wouldn't drive summers below 40 in something as big and heavy as the Panamera. Try searching TireRack for the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid. Go into your owners manual and find the correct wheel and offset to make sure they'll work for the 4S.

OP was looking for a winter tire. Do not drive those Michelins under 40F. Heck, they Ackermann on mine under 50F.
