971 - Is it worth changing the downpipes?

What’s the best way to get at these exhaust pipe clamps? I’m about to remove the 02 sensor but it still sits behind the downpipe, I’m hoping I don’t need to remove the primary..
also, what is this bolt, an m8 or some sort of hex?

Apparently, emissions are not a concern where these downpipe removing owners are living.
So much for the rest of us who are breathing the increasingly fouled air they're creating...
In my location, tampering with or removing emissions equipment carries substantial penalties.
