Default Troubleshooting PSE

Hi, I've noticed my Porsche Sport Exhaust button does nothing (2012 Turbo S).

So I looked under the exhaust and took a video while pressing the button. You can see the actuator try to move but nothing happens. This is on both sides.

Seems like they've seized. Is there a simple fix? Spray some WD-40 and try to move it manually? I don't want to make it worse by breaking something.

Still under warranty so I can take it in but was curious if there was an easy fix.

Default Evap leak

I had a similar issue recently and it turned out to be a fuel evaporator system vacuum leak. Soon after my PSE stopped working, I got a code. Your issue could be different given how complex these beasts are.

I booked an appointment to have it fixed. Will report back on what was broken.

Took a while to fix as parts were back ordered. For some reason they don't just replace the valves when their broken. They ended up replacing the whole mufflers under CPO.

Nice thing is they no longer make generation 1 (970.1) mufflers so I ended up with a generation 2 exhaust (970.2). Sound is much different, glad I brought it in. It finally sounds like a sports exhaust.
