Default 2013 Panamera S-Hybrid Issue

Panamera S-Hybrid Issue

I have a 2013 Porsche Panamara S-Hybrid with about 124,000 Miles. I bought the car with 20,000 miles. Theres one issue that the dealer has never been able to fix even when the car had 20,000 miles.

Issue: When I drive the car sometimes on first start around 60 miles an hour it jerks and the check engine light comes on along with " WARNING HYBRID SYSTEM" and the car begins to de-accelerate. Meaning I can no longer accelerate and I have to pull over and cut the car off and back on. The weird thing is the car never actually produces a code It just shows the attached photo warning.

What the dealer says: When the car was under warranty they would tell me they cant fix the issue because they have to go based on what the codes say (if there is one ) and fix based on that. Other wise they would just clear the fault. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Side Note: i've already had the coolant pipe replaced not that the car is overheating.
