car is 3.5 years old, I typically update my car before it turns 4.
I have really enjoyed the car as a daily driver. I really need a sedan as a daily driver and for me there is no other sedan. I haven’t found anything I would change it to.
took the opportunity to customize this one a bit more and do the entire black out package.

Good build. Here is my feedback - totally subjective taste so take what you will/
1) I would go with the 21" Exclusive Design Sport wheels in high gloss black instead. They look bigger than the ones you picked even thought they are the same size. More modern sporty look. Have a look in person if you can.
2) The black interior is a bit dull. I would go for Black/Cohiba Brown if you want a dark interior, or Black/Red or Black/Chalk if you want something more avant garde.
3) Get the the surround view. It is useful for protecting the rims and front spoiler give it is such a large car.
4) Carbon Fiber trim or Black Brushed Aluminum Trim. Modern look fits the Porsche better. The Black Aluminum is stunning.
5) I would skip the red seatbelts. They look out of place.
6) Add Burmester. It really sounds terrific. I mostly listen to podcasts and even then the sound quality is palpable.
7) Get the black trim instead of the chrome window trim.

Nice build but I would add the assistance package for ACC and you also get the head's up display and surround view. I would also get the model designation on the rear in exterior color and the PORSCHE logo in high gloss black. IMO, no reason to shout that you have a Turbo S.
Edit: If you scroll to the bottom of your build and click on Standard Equipment, it says that head-up display is included. Since it isn't shown as an available option, it must be standard. But check this out: Innodrive is $3,290 and Surround view is $920 for a total of $4,210. So why is the assistance package $5,290 if it only includes Innodrive and Surround view? Hmmm, configurator mistakes.

I have the acc on my 18 turbo and really never use it. In fact, it has made a few repairs and changes much more costly due to the fact that there are so many sensors and cameras that need to be reconfigured say for a wheel alignment.
I was really back and forth on the decals black or chrome. But decided on the chrome, can always change that later on

I would order the B pillar in leather... It's the one cheap looking thing in the Panamera if you ask me.
The roof cover in leather is nice with contrast stitching...
Then it's a matter of taste but I think the way Porsche does the bicolor thing (BM and MB have the same issue) is rather unlucky, and in no way comparable to what Bentley does. It's just tacky/awkward/red-light-district.
If you want to stick to a black interior, go for the contrast stitching, I saw one with the option, it looks really nice and elevates the interior to GTC4 level.
