iPhone 12 problems with PCM?

iPhone 12 problems with PCM?
I picked up my iPhone 12 Mini yesterday, but its not working well with PCM. Anyone else having issues or have ideas on how to fix it?
Music streaming works fine.
The phone does connect to PCM, and sync contacts.
I can initiate a call from PCM.
Calls appear to be connecting, but there is zero phone audio on either end.
If I switch to speaker mode on the phone, it immediately (within a second or two) disconnects.
Everything worked fine yesterday with the old iPhone...this is something new with the 12.
