Just bought a 2011 Panamera 4. Loving it so far with a few little items that needed some attention.
I think I've lost my mind since I'm sure I had seen there are some settings that I had looked at that I can now somehow no longer find in the menus. I thought I had seen an option for choosing what kind of notification the car gives you when you lock and unlock the car, or whether or not the tailgate beeps when opening or closing. Not only that, but when I got the car and you looked the doors the lights flashed and the horn sounded. Now it doesn't do it and I don't know how to get that back.
Have I lost my mind, or did I actually see a menu that allows you to adjust the locking/unlocking notifications or tailgate movement warning?

 

Don’t think I’ve ever seen those settings in my 2012 turbo. A while ago I asked the dealer to turn off the horn honking when I lock the doors (lights still flash though which is fine, I just didn’t like the horn) and the dealer was able to program it to do that, but I don’t think the user can.
