Tire Dressing
A long time car guy and buddy of mine put me on to using Ru Glyde as a dressing for tires. It is better known as a lubricant for mounting tires but I really like it as a dressing. It leaves a semi gloss cleaning looking shine, not the real shiny gloss that never lasts long and looks too fake anyway. He gave me a jar of a 50% solution. A little goes a long way. I put it on with a waxing sponge and wipe off the excess with a rag. Try it. No affiliation by the way.

The best tyre dressing in no tyre dressing.

I like Chemical Guys VRP.
It cleans the tires and makes them a bit darker, but doesn't leave a glossy shine, in spite of what the instructions claim. It's easy to use and not very expensive.

Griot's Long Lasting Tire Dressing .. no sling, matte finish but can be more satin or glossy with more coats, and lasts weeks to months depending on weather. My tires still look dark after 3 months, but not much weather exposure.
