Default First hand experience

bought a panamera from Porsche Pre-owned Center. First day upon receiving, rear ac give out hot air despite ac it’s turn on 22degree celcius. Send it to Porsche service center 3 times , service advisor says they have test and check and everything seems to be functioning as normal and nothing can be done, and he solution for us is , turn on the front ac to maximum, so the front cold air can compensate the hot rear ac air. Fine , we live with it.
4months later after only 2500miles , engine failure and other warning light lighted up. Send it in again. After fews no update from Porsche, we call in and to check, service advisor told us, cos we self drive teh panamera into service center instead of towed in, our car have isn’t on their priority list, he say, they only focus in those total non movable broken down Porsche , then they will look into our later as ours is still movable. They say there’s no dead line of when it will be check or fix. We call in next day to ask if we can bring it to our own workshop to repair at our own cost and expense, to our surprise , the advisor says we have to for the tow to our workshop , and he said if we think it’s too expensive, he can arrange the car to be driven back to us, even with the engine failure and other warnings lights on. It’s common sense when engine failure lights on, any more usage will further damage the engine or other parts of the vehicle and safety hazard to ourself and other user. But he still insist it is possible to drive back to us if we doesn’t want to wait for the check. so we decided just leave the car there with them hoping they can do a good job. Days pass, they finally email us a quotation on the parts and labour for the repairs $8121sgd dollars. And they know we only drove the car for less than 5 months and only 2500miles, so they say they will offer to pay $6000 and we only have to pay $2000. Which we think it’s fair and told them to proceed and provide us a warranty in case the same problem comes back few months later and provide us a full diagnose report that the car is properly repair/fix and safe to drive. They say that we have to pay $749sgd extra. Or they can offer a free human technician test to make sure it’s safe. If human and computer or machine works the same, at the first place why human test is free while computer diagnose is $749. The matter isn’t resolve yet. The is at the centre over 2weeks now , and they told us they can’t provide a date, Porsche say, maybe 1month maybe 3 month or maybe 6, they can’t promise due to shortage of shipment from Germany. We requested for them for a courtesy car of any kind , as Long we can pick up our family and do our daily task , we didn’t even ask for a Porsche, all we just need is a car to carry on with our daily tasks. First they say ok, 2 hours later they say THE ENTIRE PORSCHE AND EUROKARS SINGAPORE have non SUITABLE or no cars at all to lend us as courtesy car. A Porsche service can tell customer that a Porsche can be driven even with engine failure and other warning lights lighted. He’s being unprofessional sarcastic or just unknowledgeble.

Just moved back to the US from Singapore. The only thing i can think of is they have a captive audience in Singapore. Is there a Porsche Club you can join and see what others have experienced?
