Default Innodrive switching off

I have a 971 Panamera with the Innodrive adaptive cruise. Sometimes I drive new highways which aren't markes/visible in the navi and therefore cruise isn't working either. How can I temporarily switch off the Innodrive and/or use the cruise control manually on roads which aren't added into navi maps yet?

Read the manual. There is a toggle switch on the stick to switch between Innodrive and ACC. I can't remember how it is done since i leave mine in Innodrive.

I don't have any manuals since I bought the car used and online manual isn't working for some reason.

Give the underside of the stalk a feel-around, there is a button there; this will switch it between ACC and ID. Alternatively in the PCM you can tell ID not to pay attention to speed limit signs and it will operate much as a standard ACC.
