Default Panamera fault code P1381

Anyone have any insight as to what this code means? Very little info on the internet about it. I have a 2014 Panamera Turbo with 55K miles. I have only had this car for about 3k miles. About 750-1000 miles after I bought it I had an engine code of too rich ( cant remember the number right now). Cleared the code and it came back on about 300 miles later- cleared it again. I just took a long road trip and about 700 miles into it I get a P1381 code (no info on my scanner about what it pertains to). I cleared it and here we are about 700-800 miles later and I have it again. Thought about getting the Durametric but wanted to see if anyone knows about this code. TIA.

Looks like a cam timing issue but there may be several causes - some of which look very easy to verify:

Yeah I found that online but I also found another one that said it was something completely different. So I don’t know which path to go down unless someone has already encountered it

Haven't encountered that code yet, still chasing down P0068 codes for MAF on my 2010 PTT and hopefully in the home stretch.

Whenever I get a numerical code I "Google" the code number and mfg name. A wealth of information will be found on the particular code.

Did that- as the second line in my post mentions. Not much out there and the two things I did find mention completely different problems
