3m Clear bra

I did mine with SunTek. Complete front, mirrors, new quarter pads and rockers. Was just less than 2K. Worth EVERY penny, IMO. Been using PPF for nearly 20 years, long before most knew anything about it. The only product back in the day was 3M.

My clear bra (which I think is 3M) is starting to peel slightly in a couple of places, trapping dirt and grime. It was installed on my 2016 4S by the first owner at the time of purchase (or, rather, by the dealer - possibly using a third party).
Also, and worse, I pulled too close to a curb and dragged under the front bumper as I backed up, peeling back and slightly tearing the film a bit.
Which leads me to a slightly different question: What's it take to remove clear bra?

I just worked an edge up, and then started peeling it off.
Not a big deal

It's excellent.....
I have a '12 Panamera Turbo S & was done when brand new. Entire front clip, mirrors, rockers & front rear fenders. I'm 2nd owner & it's impeccable!! Zero road rash when I got it & I've driven a few long road trips. Just brought it up to my Long Island house October 2020. I wouldn't have a car anymore without it......

The Panamera needs a clear bra 100%. I have it on the bumper, 1/2 the hood, mirrors and the entire rear bumper too. My 997.2 also has the same. Saves your paint so please don't underestimate how much it is needed. Stones and rocks will ruin the car paint.

Here's another tip. Have them place a small piece on the indent behind the door handle. You might not think even very closed cropped fingernails would scratch that area, but over time, they will.

If you live anywhere there is gravel on the roads get the whole hood done, my '10 has half the hood covered and of course there are several noticeable divots in the paint just past where it ends.

I love this type of Product, I have had 5 cars now done. on my G63 AMG I had the whole car done, it is 5 years this year and not one chip. on my Turismo I hand the front end, A pillar, rear fenders and rear bumper done. the front end on the PTT has zero chips. I had my son's 4runner done too also with all the off roading we do in the 4rummer not one chip. I have witnessed a homeless person with a cart scratch the door on my Gwagon, These film also "SELF" heel, Crazy! but it is true, I left the gwagon out in the sun for a few days and the scratch disappeared. I used the Xpel brand. to me after buying a car getting the clear bra is a most. my 2 cents
