Default Run flat tires?

I have been hearing good things about the new Bridgestone Drive Guard run flat tires.
Has anyone tried these on a Panamera? I have a GTS with 20” wheels (Ceramic brakes).

I don't know very many people using runflats. Typical they are loud and ride like bricks - that's been my experience with other car, and I have never replaced runflats with runflats when changing tires. I understand the desire for them but they are expensive, and they don't perform great.

I believe there are some runflat designated tires that are ok for short distances and low speeds but not designed as a full run flat. That might be another option to look into. I think P-Zero offer that, but they are typically overpriced to begin with.
