Service Issue
So I brought my car in for oil and my front camera went out on my surround view camera.
While there I asked the SA how much to do an alignment because I noticed the car somewhat pulls to the right, he said because of the ACC on the car, doing an alignment would mean re calibrating all the cameras and sensors ($1,200 roughly) I couldn’t believe it, I thought $150 was what I was looking at. Anyway, he said he’d look into it and see what he could do.
long story short, they did oil change and discovered one of the connectors in the wiring harness had fried and need to replace the wiring harness. Turns out there is a new wiring harness headed to the dealer and will take approx 1-week to replace...
postitive news is is the alignment is now covered under warranty since they have to do all the other stuff
