Default Interior trim install

I am in the process of swapping out my piano black interior trim in my 2013 GTS. I have swapped the doors and the rear console with no issues.
My problem is the front center console....
I have seen that I have to remove the PCM to swap the console trim piece. That also requires removing the center vents. From what I have read
that may be above my level of skill.
It also appears that there are components that attach to the center console trim from below.
Has anyone done this? I have searched youtube and found very little of any use.
Any advice, suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Also, when I am done I will have a complete set (14 pieces) of piano black trim available for sale....

I did this on my Cayenne (I know different but similar) and you had to remove the dash pieces where the front corners of the console meet the dash then remove the shift **** and there was enough space to pull the center console up from the rear although there might be some bolts in the cup holder area as there were underneath the Cayenne ash tray (in front of the gear ****).
Good luck and let me know how it goes as I'm thinking of doing the same, what finish did you choose to replace the pano black?

Default Interior trim

I ended up paying my dealer to do the center console trim. I played it safe.

Looks great!
I'm thinking about switching it to the aluminum version.
How much did your dealer charge you?

Walnut Creek Porsche charged me $209 labor to install the console panel.

I know, I'm thinking more of changing mine to aluminum

This is what it currently looks like.

This is what I'm thinking of.

You'll probably want to change the steering wheel as well since it might look a little odd with a wood wheel and aluminum trim. That might get expensive.

Hi,

Anyone has a manual or a video on how to remove/replace the central dash trim (the aluminium part) on a Porsche Panamera 4 E-hybrid 2019? See attached image with the red arrow.

Following. That stuff is super glare. What material do you intend to swap it with, and where'd you get the part(s)?

Same as original. The original has scratches.
