Default Need deal advice ASAP

I’m trying to lease either a 2018 4S or eHybrid. Both are on dealer lots.

4S retail $126k in VA
ehybrid retail $117k in GA

Question1.
where should I be on the discounted price?

Question 2.
what are others seeing as money factors. I got quoted .0032 on the E-Hybrid which seems ridiculous

on the 4S the first offer was 120,455 plus 3 years maintenance.

On the the E-Hybrid first offer was only $3500 off and they tried to pass off the tax credit as part of the discount.

I’d really appreciate any PMs with what they paid and where.

Thanks in advance.

If can make a deal before year-end you might get as much as 15% of MSRP. I’ve been offered that deal by several dealers on a Turbo.
