When I took my Porsche Panamera 4 in to be serviced, the garage changed the oil but I just noticed on the repair order that it charged me for MOA oil additive and BG fuel cleaner
Anybody know what this is and whether it is normal oil change process .
Service tech found power sterring fluid leak and bad bushing .
replaced under warranty lower and upper control arm left and right and new power steering pump at only 29k miles ?

Pure profit enhancement.
Dealership or indy shop?
Your Owner's Manual specifically states "NO OIL ADDITIVES".

But an oil additive is a BIG no-no. That's why it's spelled out out in the Owner's Manuel no to use one.
