I doubt that very many new Panamera Turbos are sold, at that high price point. Heck, realistically, even Panamera 4 models are pretty rare in North America! So there won't be many used Turbos available either.
I think you can get Panameras shipped pretty easily across the continent.
Regarding low-mileage Panameras, it seems that many people don't buy them for everyday cars or for long, cross-country cruises. I find that I have to consider where I'm going to park every time I decide to take my Panamera out vs. my Volvo wagon. I can park the Volvo anywhere, but not the Panamera. I did buy my Panameras for long, cross-country trips; would not have bought them otherwise, because I find it worrying to drive every day locally due to some of the areas that I have to drive and park.

The decent ones sell fast, the ****ty ones sit around. If a dealer has had one more than a couple weeks or so you can bet on it having some kind of issue... At least in my experience over the last 4 or 5 weeks.

I see a total of 18 Pana4's for sale across the entire country on Cars.com and all of them with prices listed have 5K or more miles. At that point I'd buy new as the discount isn't that much and you could order the car as you'd want.
I say 4's as it's a popular option and I own one. This is a similar car to mine and I'd consider buying it but not "many" really on the market; https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...2547/overview/

When I was looking a few weeks ago for a 2012-2013 CPO S, there were all of about 7 of them in the whole US.
Is that so many?
Boy - I sure didn't think so. And only one had under 30K miles. That's the one I bought - lucky for me it was local.
Now - there are surely more 2016-2017 models as those are coming off 2-3 year leases right now.
Mine was on a 3 year lease originally but the owner ended up purchasing it and keeping it 2 more years.
