Newbie question: My first Panamera

Hello you guys

I am from Denmark and I am currently about to buy my first Porsche - A Porsche Panamera.

Besides the face that I like the look of it, I really have no clue which model to pick, and since there are close to zero shops in Denmark that sells Panameras I was hoping that you guys could help me out.

1) Is it true, that the Panamera was facelifted in '14?

If 1) Is correct I would be looking for a model somewhere between '14 and '15.

I want a powerful one - a fun one.

The ones that I have found so far is the 519 HP, the 570 HP and the GTS.

2) As I understand the 570 is quite a bit faster than the GTS. The interior comfort of the 570 (Turbo) is better than the GTS.

3) The sound: Sound is important for me. How would you compare the 519/570 Turbo sound to the GTS? And where would you rank both of these along with the AMG / Range Rover SVR / M6 (if you have heard these. I have driven all except the Panamera).
