Default Key Fob
just picked up a 2015 Panamera it came with only one key fob called the local dealership the cost was crazy, any place I can one online

You need to ask them for 2nd fob. or you can buy the fob and have them program for free. You should not buy from ebay or non-porsche authorized shop. Due to security and liability they will not program the key for you. I have 2016 pan4, i lost my spare key. I was able to buy the key from https://www.sunsetporscheparts.com/, and my local FJ porsche in SF bay area did the program for free.
