Default Rats....spoke to soon.

noticed this tonight getting kids out of car.

drivers side rear door seal, edge of head lining visible its "popped" out from behind door seal. barely enough lip on the seal to hold it. compared to passenger side where there's a good 5-6mm of seal to cover that same section of headliner.

door seal seems to be in place correctly but that section of headliner seems to have a bit more play in it. i'm sure i could correct by inserting a little double sided adhesive tab from likes of no more nails etc....but i'll resist the DIY fix and take it back to dealer to get them to sort it.

PIC seems to be upside down....no idea why

Open rear door. It's where the rubber door seal lips over the headliner. basically if you know where grab handle is it's the section of door seal closest to that.

in my case in driver side rear the headliner seems to be loose and the lip of the seal barely covers it. Sometimes the headliner "edge" pops out as you can see in photo.

On passenger side the liner is not loose and the lip covers it easily by a good 5-10mm
