VW Beetle Broken fron seat slide stop glide , gliding guide block
FYI for those of you where your other car is a 2012, 2013, 2014,
2015, 2016, 2017 VW Volkswagen Beetle, Ther is the part called a gliding block or glide or glider that is not listed in any of the on-line catalogs.
The part sits in a seat bottom track rail and locks the seat from sliding too far back when someone enters the rear seat and the driver seat is returned to the upright position.
The part is an Audi part called a Guide Bloc it is sold in a set of two one for each front seat. its part number is 8T0898025 or listed as 8T0-898-025 or 8T0 898 025,
The reason for posting this so if someone does an internet search they can find the part number here.
