One of my all time favorites. Such a bonehead move selling it.
tried to get back into a Bimmer but they have lost their way. Hopefully the new M3/4 will change that.

My current DD is a 2013 E92 M3 with Dinan ECU/DCT tuning & M-Performance competition pack and sports exhaust. 440hp at the crank. My first M-car and I can say the best "all rounder" I've ever owned. That said however by comparison to the 991 it's way too heavy, down on torque for a 4.0L V8 and defines the word gas guzzler BUT it IS the last of the naturally aspirated big motor German muscle cars...end of an era. For the money an incredible value and I'm very glad to have experienced ownership before we all are ushered in to the FI era for good. The sound of that S65 on song to 8600rpm is worth the price of admission alone.
A year from now though it will be 991 C2S and I already know a step up.

I was a committed BMW-phile until the past few years; they have definitely lost their way in search of market share.
