Actually it wasn't abandoned but was impounded due to the owner owing a bunch of money after his business ventures failed. There was talk of this on the web about a month ago. It has sat there and the dust storms have blown dust all over it.
This vehicle may be ruined if it isn't removed soon.

Whenever I see cases like this (of venture capitalists losing it all on thier bets) I think better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all..

It's sad to us here in the USA because we covet cars like this and most all of us could not afford a Enzo. People always want what they can't have even if they won't admit it.

The wealthy princes in Dubai can by these like we buy candy bars.
