Is this why they're running a crossplane DOHC engine in the race car (to test it out)? I'm not sure why they went away from the OHV LT series engine. If you're capping the max horsepower you can make with restrictors, you want to 1) increase torque 2) increase fuel mileage 3) have the lowest possible engine weight and 4) increase reliability. A simple, low-strung pushrod checks all those boxes. Any thoughts?
