drove the model 3 p, found the experience too clinical. Great for certain applications like commuting, but there's a reason why people are always falling asleep in them. People are too wrapped around spec numbers these days, no one is remembering what driving should make you feel like.

Back to the OP:
First, the 911 is a Base model.
Secondly, the Butt-ugly Tesla truck couldn't hold a candle to the Base 911 on the Nordscheife or any lesser road course.
Lastly, the 911 would beat that Butt-ugly Tesla in any long distance or cross-country drive..
By 2040 to 2050, electric vehicles may start to be desirable in the USA.
In the meantime, they appeal only to Greenies.
But in the meantime, if an autonomous electric vehicle comes out that can be used as an around-town beater, and it can take me on pub crawls, and park itself somewhere while I'm inside enjoying, and it costs around $20k, i will be interested.

Pavlov would be delighted. Everyone has been trained to salivate at the latest 0-60 times, no matter the source.
Truly, now many times in a day, week or month does one make 0-60 runs in their ride. The total package is what matters. Anyone who is discerning knows this is a publicity stunt, a non-event hoping to borrow on Porsche rep.
Pure YouTube drivel.

Maybe a truck for urban cowboys, but I don't see any real farmer or rancher buying anything like that. Maybe a spot for it in the off road trail driver market, but not for a working truck for a working cowboy or farmer;

Finally a logical argument for an autonomous electric car.

There are two tests for a commercially-designed vehicle: does it perform as intended, and does it sell. Musk and Tesla have exploited some predisposed markets so far, but the American pickup truck market is something else, and probably much harder. Just ask Honda, Nissan, etc.
