Hi Everyone.... looking forward to joining the ownership club - I am New Zealand based and looking to purchase my first Porsche - a 987.1 Cayman S. i'd love to be saying i've just bought one but the PPI failed with the car showing advanced signs of bore scoring in 4,5,6. Shame, as the car was very tidy and only 80k km on the clock, with a full service history at Porsche dealerships. I am hoping i can find the right one quickly - I loved driving it and loved that flat 6 sound. it will be a "fun car" to accompany the family wagon and my Polestar 2 Performance. wish me luck!

thanks...... slowly coming to the realisation that i might need to spend a bit more than planned to get a 987.2 CS (rare in the country) or a 987.2 2.9 base....
