All of a sudden, I turn the ignition key to the right to start the engine on my 2008 Cayenne turbo 957, and absolutely nothing happens. No lights on the dashboard, no ignition sound. I replaced the battery with a brand-new, same story. Has anyone experienced such a problem? Can it be a gear selector issue? I.e. no signal to the system that it’s in the P position? the dashboard screen remains on l the Porsche crest. Next is to call a tow truck and send it to Service so thanks in advance for any input.
