Default New guy in Tucson

Hello. I retired in Tucson 12 years ago. Worked in lived all over California before.
74 years old and own a 2008 Cayman S and a 2019 Cayenne Base.
Wanted a Porsche since I was 19 years old. The Cayman was certainly worth the wait. The jury is out on the Cayenne.

Welcome. We owned a Cayenne in the past and it served us well.

Looking at a Cayman myself. How do you like it? Did you try the base and the S?

Love driving the Cayenne and the look. Porsche's handling of the 2019-20 battery problems have turned us sour on them.

Bought the S 12 years ago from Penske in Scottsdale and have loved it. Never drove the base, I knew I wanted and S. It is great to drive and I actually like the Cayman's line more than the 911's. Has been reliable and inexpensive to run overall.

I’m able to jump into the Porsche pool now, but the nice Caymans approach on the 01-05 911 i like so not sure. Need to go drive both i suppose. 🤷🏼‍♂️
