Default Graduating to an Ultimate Driving Machine

Finally decided I will be getting myself a Porsche. Always had fun cars but never one of these. Been test driving them and instantly get what the rage is all about. These are serious machines. Like a Swiss watch - built to last and beautiful. Wish me luck on my hunt! Will be looking to buy!

Default There is No Substitute

Let's get it right. Ultimate Driving Machine may be a misnomer for that other brand but it belongs to them. There is No Substitute works better for our brand although it is the ultimate in driving machines. Welcome to the forum, it's laden with folks that can be a lot of help when and if you need it.

Was debating between 987, 981, or 718; manual or pdk; and cayman or Boxster. All platforms have their charms. May come down to going older as the opportunities for owning a manual, hydraulic steering and 6 cyl are dwindling as the cars are getting older. Looking forward to the journey! Thanks for the warm welcome!

And ah yes thanks for the clarification on terminology. I must have been still shaking off the old habit with that other brand, of which I have owned a few.
