I have been lurking on this forum for years and have accumulated a lot of knowledge and had many questions answered. Decided it was time to join.
I have a 2005 997.1 Cabriolet that I purchased new in 05 from Dean McReary Porsche in Mobile, AL.
I live in the Pensacola, Fl. Area. This is my third Porsche. Had a 1983 911 Targa, I kick myself every time I think about selling that car. Purchased a new 03 Boxster from McReary in Mobile and traded it for the 997. I used to take the car to the dealership for all services, but now I do them myself. Most recently changed water pump and installed a low temp thermostat. Replaced serpentine belt and changed transmission fluid and filter at the same time.
