Default Hello from TX!

I recently purchased a 1999 Porsche 911 (yes, an early build 8/98!) and am excited to be apart of this community. I'm particularly looking to get involved with the 996 group and learn as much as I can. I'm a DIYer and have already tackled a couple of items with a WIP list of more to take on soon.

I enjoy working on my own cars, but getting to work on the 996 has been one of the more enjoyable experiences I've had. Remove one bolt and you can remove the entire tail light assembly! That's just one example. I thought I was going to be in a bad situation when I found I needed to replace the back-up light switch. Nope, it was surprisingly easy to access! Looking forward to the next projects to take on.
