Hi Everyone. New member here from the Dallas, TX area. Aspiring Porsche owner and budding track enthusiast. I've driven HPDEs and (before that) autocross for several years in both a Mk7 VW GTI and (currently) a 2017 Mazda Miata. Looking to spend another year or two in the Mazda to learn how to "drive a slow car fast" before graduating to (hopefully) a Cayman GTS 4.0 or GT4, but looking to get to know the Porsche community and build my knowledge of these cars and how people are setting them up for the track and HPDE days. Feel free to reach out and say hello if you're in the area. Hoping I'll bump into some of you at Motorsport Ranch or another local track in the Miata in the coming months/years.
