How fortunate are we that we get to drive these amazing machines!

First Porsche: 2002 996 C2 Cabriolet, White with a Black interior. I've had the car almost 2 years and wanted to extend a huge thank you to all the folks that contribute to the group. It is really really nice to simply enter some search terms about a problem and read through all the fixes and attempts at fixes and never ending discussions about fixes and oil and tires and, and, and...

Here's what I've done to the car with and without the help of this group:
-2 oil changes: mobile 1 5w50, cut open oil filters, no metal specs found
-replace the HVAC fan
-pressure bled brakes with ATE type 200
-adjusted the shift cables
-fixed the convertible top by replacing a broken rivet on the top of passenger side cable and replacing all the elastic straps
-cleared the rain drains
-replaced headlight leveling clamp the lower arm
-clay bar polish wax
-restored headlights
-steering wheel off to reattach the indicator stalk
-rear tires: Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2; pressure at 32/40
-alignment
-bumper off to clean radiators
-replaced rear brakes: Akebono pads, Sebro rotors
-replaced engine mounts: rss 624
-fabricated a subwoofer box to replace one of the rear seat: JL 8w3v3-2, driven by the Alpine head unit
-and most controversial, IPD plenum 3.6L

The IMSB replacement has 20K on it. Waiting another 60K so I can upgrade to a 4.0L (hopefully not wishful thinking)(or I've read I should just buy a turbo)

Thanks again! Sorry that the pic is not terribly inspiring and doesn't show the full beauty of the car.
