Wow, we really lucked out with amazing weather, and another great turn out!. I think if my count is right we had about 20 cars. Looks like for the first time the Porsches ( 7) were outnumbered by Lotus (8). Anyway, as usual great catching up with our regulars, Ryan, Ken (Yellow 997), Ken (Gray 997), Steve (981S), Raoul (White Elise), Noel (orange Elise), Chee (yellow Elise), and Frank (Esprit). Also want to thank and welcome the newbies, Chris & Sara (Orange Evora), Rob (C7 Corvette), Tony (Ferrari California), Nick (Silver Evora), Rick (Viper), also the owners of the 911/965 Turbo and 944....I'm terrible with names so a few have escaped me. It was a great day and I hope everyone had fun. Sorry didn't get photos of all the cars but there are a few posted below.
Also, our due to scheduling issue (namely various car shows) our next meet will be Sunday, June 8th (so don't show up on the 1st).
Best regards,
Dino
This was Frank in the Turbo Esprit following me into a corner as we were heading to the meet this morning. Jill took this picture using her side view mirror.

Hey Guys,
Nice catching up with everyone yesterday. Ken, glad you were able to get Joe to come out and join us again, and a pleasure meeting your wives. Also nice seeing a bunch of familiar faces, Dan, Alex, Steve, Howard, Bob. There were a few new people 2 Jims, Rick, Lainey, and some S2000/Porsche owners that heard about our meet.
This coming weekend is German Car Day at Larz, so our next meet will be two weeks after that, on June 29.
Best regards,
Dino

Hi Dino,
I was the one that reached out to the S2000 owners with an invite to join us. Didn't see any affirmative responses so I didn't think any of them were going. I was an S2000 guy going back to 2001. I'll try and make the next one.

Initially, when I saw a few S2000s show up in the parking lot, I figured maybe they were making a pit stop on the way to a larger S2000 event. When they mentioned a former S2000 but current Pcar owner invited them, I figured it might have been you (I recalled you mentioning something about S2000s). They were a very nice bunch of people, one attendee even brought brownies for the group! They told me where your invite was posted and I already invited them to the next meet on 6/29.
Best regards,

Yes, you and your Mini are welcome to join us at your next meet, and feel free to bring your wife. As long as my wife has the morning off she almost always attends, and keeps the women who aren't into cars occupied chatting girl stuff.

Hey Guys,
Again we lucked out with fantastic weather and a really nice turn out. Nice to see Gray 997S Ken and green Lotus Elise Rose again, along with our usual suspects, Ryan, Alex, Frank, Noel, and a few of our more recent additions Jim, Lainey, Rick, Rob, Keith, Bob, and Steven....and anyone else who's name escapes me at the moment. Below are a few pix. I had a great drive back sharing the roads with Frank's Lotus Esprit and then a Maserati Quattroporte was hanging on my back bumper for a while. Jill got a few pix using my side view mirror hope you enjoy the pix.
Our next meet will be on July 13th.
Best regards,
Dino
Tough to make it out, but the dark car is a Maserati Quattroporte
Had a blast driving the 328 with Frank in pursuit and playing a bit of follow the leader.
