Thumbs up Great Start

We had a great turn out for the revival of this event.

Half a dozen Porsche's lined up in a row (once the honda we were thinking of pushing out of the way finally drove off).

Great to meet you all. Some sweet cars were on display.

I will not be able to attend the next one, but encourage all those thinking about it to join the fun.

Every Sunday, weather permitting, this event will be active through the warmer months.

Great to meet all of you- finally got me to post on Rennlist!

Would be nice to have a fairly regular Metrowest GTG-

Next time I'll try and bring the 355!

Sorry to have missed this since I was out of town, but looking forward to seeing pics and attending future gatherings!

See some of you on Sunday maybe - from the PCA NER site:

Sunday, April 11 2010, 10:30am - 3:00pm

Time once again to get the Porsche polished up and ready for the road. Charlie and Martha Dow have set up a tour of the less traveled pathways of Metro West, beginnning at the MCDONALD’S REST AREA ON 128 NORTH AT 2A in LEXINGTON. SUNDAY, APRIL 11 we will meet at 10:30. This will be a chance to review our clue reading and direction following after the winter layover.
We will also check out a state park, a cranberry bog and extensive apple orchards. We will finish up at FIREFLIES RESTAURANT in MARLBORO ON ROUTE 20, for their BARBECUE BUFFET. The Buffet is $15.95 plus tax and tip, but there is no other admission charge. For a head count please e-mail crd968@verizon.net

I wish PCA was more consistent with sending out these emails to all members. I've been a member for three years now and still get nothing by email or in the mail.

Even more frustrating is navigating their website and signing up for events.

Sorry for the OT.....hope to make the Southboro MA GTG's this year

Unhappy Bad weather

The weather is looking good for this Sunday's GTG.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with showers in the morning. The rain should shut down during the afternoon. Highs again only in the 40s.

Of course, this is New England....

So is this a weekly event or what? I'll come up and check it out once the car is off jackstands and back on the road in a couple of weeks.

This is a weekly event weather permitting.

Please drive on over the next warm and sunny day.

The more Rennlisters the better.

So I didn't realize the Herb Chambers Cars and Coffee was a regular event. Sounds like a good time. Next one is 5/8/10.
