I am having a serious issue with my Carrera S (broken down in driveway) that is three years old and still under warranty. It looks like there was a positive reviews for Norwell and Nashua service department. I am in between both and car would be flat bedded out. Any experience with Burlington? I am leaning towards Nashua but looks like six weeks before they can look at it and not sure how a loaner works. Any comments to help out a pissed off owner would be most helpful.

I would lean towards Nashua as I think they have much more experienced techs than Burlington. I used to hear good things about Norwell but I think a lot of their techs left for an Indy shop. 6 weeks is not close to acceptable especially for a car under warranty. I would contact the selling dealer if they are close. I would call around and see who can get you in first. Maybe try Porsche Strathem in NH.
what is the issue?

As of last week, no waiting at Norwell. Ask for Mark in Service.
Good luck.

Thanks for the input. I actually purchased the car from Nashua. So I had it in for oil change last week at Burlington cause I needed a loaner. Drove the car yesterday it was fine. Today car starts okay after ten seconds really rough idle and stalls out. A lot of white exhaust fumes coming out of exhaust. I hope they did screw anything up.
