Sorry I didn't get a notification of your message. The process took about half a day and I think the change was big! My original shifter was quite sloppy, and this took out a little of unnecessary movement in the shifter. NVH not noticeable.

The only think I did not have was a snap ring plier. I tried a few tools to try to work around, gave up, and drove to the hardware store to pick one up.

I think you have to tweak the cable threads a bit to get the right shift mechanism. I think I marked their position before removal just in case.

Did you ever install the FF SRK into your OEM SSK?
I am about to do that install myself and am curious how yours turned out.
Total time to do the install (not including the FF kit, which Ive already done)?
Did your install require any disassembly and reintall to "tweak" anything?
Any change in NVH levels?
