Sep 29, 2018 12:15 PMHey Michael! How are you? I've been pretty well off the list for a while, with vacation and being laid up currently from a hernia operation(#2). Glad to hear that you're home safe and sound from the Gulf. Nice coming home packages, I see.
Haven't been doing much on the Porsche this summer. Home projects that require me to be here in case one of the guys runs his hand through a saw or some dumb thing, keeps me away from the project. Now that the projects are coming to a temporary close..I'll have a bit more time to put on the car. Been working on the Bugatti project here and there...currently working on the fuel filler system for the remote fuel cell. Thinking about getting a Winters quick change unit for the rear end out of a PRO 4 race car for it. Then onto more fun..Rich Nunn -
Jan 24, 2016 03:46 PMDear Michael: thanks again for all the help on the trans shift linkage re-build you did for me last year. Re-Read V-2's posts today..Btw..did you re-use the black rubber kinky cover that was on the original for protection? or did you use any heim joint covers? I was thinking mostly of the covers..Does Mc M/Carr carry those too? thanks, Rich Nunn HOPE that all is well in Houston..

Feb 7, 2015 11:32 AMhello again, SH: Just thought I'd catch you up on some latest "doings" on my end..I have recently enlisted the help of an engineer with a machine shop attached. I thought it would be a nice thing to market the little pot metal bellcrank inside the door lock assemblies that always seem to break. We will make the prototypes out of 2024 aluminum. Looks like they will be a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but they will never wear out or break again..Thought about Rennlist and E-bay to name a couple of markets..What do you think about this?

Jan 27, 2015 03:12 PMHello SH: just wondering..have you ever pulled the tank out of your 944? I have two extra wires that were uncovered last week in my tank removal...could they be for a low gas light on the dash? If so, where do they fit on the tank? mine were just a-dangle with no sensor on the tank to plug them into...WTF?

Jan 23, 2015 02:42 PMDear Sausage hacker: how much did you want for your Rogue tuning DME? Think I read somewhere you were going to ditch the whole Bosch outfit. I also understand that Josh is out of the picture at least that was last year....Did the Rogue tuning give you any more pep to the car? Pls tell me all about your experience..still unknown if my DME is OK or if it's toast. need to get it checked out...Thanks Tiger 03447
