No bother at all. The parts were bead blasted in my garage in a blasting cabinet that I picked up from Harbor Freight. Then cleaned with wax and grease remover. The paint is a high temperature (500F) ceramic engine paint by Duplicolor (aluminum). I was going to have them powder coated but decided against it for cost reasons. I am not sure how durable this paint is but it seems tough if you let it cure the recommended full 7 days before being rough with it. It can be handled after one hour but it is still soft at that point.

    Hope it helps some

Just wanted to say that those suspension parts look awesome. My suspension looks awful and I was curious how you went about refurbishing. Did you send them out to someone? Are they powdercoated, painted, etc? What did you use to prep them and then paint, PC, etc.?

Sorry to bother, but I want it done perfect the 1st time.
