Hello Ryan, no my last name is not Way. My friends would call me Carlito like in the movie Carlito's way. Usually the buyer will get a broker to facilitate the transaction, not the seller.

I just checked with USAA and I'm good to go with financing a portion of the RS and I have cashfor the rest. What is the process of going through a broker and what do they typically charge? Is your last name Way by chance? We might be related :-) and that may qualify us for the $400 exemption.
