    ps if you can get somebody to do the proper work , even at 20-30,000, it looks like you would be in the car for less than 200. i think that's a deal

    the current price probably reflects the amount on money to you would have to spend to put the airbag system in it. contact the new ruf dealer in detroit or hans hoffman in dallas at the old ruf dealer, they had the car for sale for some time, i personally wouldn't want a cat that had questionable DOT specs. , really tough to resell, as you can see, straight cars are stiil in the 250 -300 range, remember only 16 or so ever built. not sure how you do work on it and then get it certified, was it a u.s. spec or canadian spec.car. hope this helps

    Just read your comment on the RUF CTR2. Im considering this car and any feedback would be very helpful. Any idea how much it would it be to install airbags? What other issues need addressing with this car?

    Its been on the market a while at a price people say is reasonable, so why hasn't any bodied jumped on it?
