    Hello Mrccapone,

    you can go online to Porsche.com and on the website there should be a section for "Porsche Classic".

    In this section you should find a sub-section for "Vehicle Documentation".

    Here you will find an application for the certificate to download.

    You will need to mail your completed application back to Porsche Zentrum.

    Perhaps you can send it to the P.Zentrum in Netherlands but I do not know, you need to inquire... here in Germany we send it to Berlin.

    When they receive and approve it they will send you notification and an invoice (I think it was about €170 Euros).

    You then pay the invoice and they will complete the certificate and mail it to you in a few weeks.

    Note that this certificate does not actually certify that your Porsche is correct, it only confirms how it originally left the factory.
