Im in the market for 2008 997 turbo . The car is located in CA and will be registered in NY . It has 18k miles and has been owend by 71y old gentleman .
My concern is that it has a EVOMS tune and race cargraphic exhaust .This was all installed by the first owner in 2011. The owner doesn't have the original file of the ecu . How dificult it is to bring the ecu back to stock ? What is the process and cost ? Will the tune make a problem with passing the inspection in Ny . I know that the exhaust has to be removed .

To properly program your ECU to your current setup usually costs $275 to $375.

You would need to be specific about where your car is right now in terms of upgrades or hardware or any changes that you have done to it.

If you are talking about Performance Upgrades, then it usually costs $499.

After you tell us what you want. Higher RPM, tune it for an exhaust, etc.

We use that to customize a Stage 1 tune just for you.

Stage 1 means that it's a mild tune in the 10% range of performance increase.
