I couldn't be happier with my Ultra-Coil. I got it for $50 from Amazon. I installed it where the original coil went, but had to drill new holes for the mount. Not a big deal at all, but the coil sits at an angle. You'll have to modify your original coil wire to fit the post of the Ultra-Coil, it's not the socket style your used to. I bought a used coil with the wire included off eBay for $10 and modded that wire so that I would still have my original still intact in case something went wrong. I've had zero issues with my Ultra-Coil, and have been running it for a year now. It's not a higher output, per se, but a more consistent output, and can fire the plugs perfectly at the higher revs whereas the old coil loses it's authority during the highest stress of the engine. Have no fear.
