Hello I just found your post and I too have an ‘05 997 that when I fill the car i get about .1-.2 and then it burps back at me. I originally got a CEL for tank system major leak (PO455). Tried the fuel cap and no issues and reset the CeL. Went to the gas station and still happening and didnt get a CEL on the drive afterwards.

Looked like you solved the issue but cant see the result? Can you give some insight as to what you did or ordered? I am a pilot and going to order some parts this week while i am flying and go from there. And yes i am a FL person as well. Daytona Beach area.
