The PETG version will always have the printed look, but is the more durable due to its higher bond strength coupled with higher flexibility. ABS is more brittle, but when finished with an acetone vapor bath results in a smoother, glossy finish. It's not 100% - you won't be fooled into thinking it is injection molded, but is much better than unfinished.
