Yes, it is fully loaded like the one I just bought. THe seat can be repaired on passanger seat for about $150 bucks. It split at seam. Can be restiched. It has the awesome cocoa brown full leather and a brand new $2000 convertible top. It is white with black rims. It needs alloy wheels. The black, white and brown just didnt go together. Changing the rims is a necessity. Runs great, I took it on freeway. I ended up going with a Black on black with only 23k miles. Here is a link of a few deals and the white S.
